- Goods will be delivered via An Post
- Items will be posted within 48 hours from the time of ordering.
Returns
We really hope you enjoy your KindFolk purchase, however if you are unhappy with an item, please get in touch via email hello@kindfolk.ie stating the reason you wish to return.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
- Customer is responsible for return postage costs unless otherwise agreed with KindFolk
- Please include your name and order number with the item when returning.
- As soon as KindFolk receives the item and we are happy with its condition, we will issue you a refund(excluding original postage costs) within 7 days.
